Week of Fun, Fitness, and Joyful Learning

This week, our Sports Day was filled with laughter, movement, and joyful learning 🎉. The school came alive with excitement as our pupils actively participated in a variety of fun-filled activities designed to promote physical development and teamwork.

Our children proudly displayed great coordination, cooperation, and enthusiasm as they played, moved, and cheered one another on. Beyond the games, the day provided valuable opportunities for social interaction, confidence-building, and learning through play.

Moments like these remind us that children learn best when they are active, happy, and fully engaged. Sports Day was not just about physical exercise, it was about nurturing healthy habits, encouraging teamwork, and creating meaningful experiences that support holistic development.
We are proud to continue building strong bodies, confident minds, and beautiful memories that will last a lifetime.

Week Two Affirmation 🤍🙏🏽

Second week into the term, and I’m choosing trust over anxiety.

I may not see every step clearly, but I believe God is ordering my steps, one day at a time.

My hands are strengthened, my mind is at peace, and my work is covered by grace.

Practical Life in Action 🌱

Our little learners recently engaged in a hands-on Montessori Practical Life activity — rolling mats.

While simple at first glance, this exercise plays a powerful role in early childhood development.

Through rolling mats, children strengthen:

Fine and gross motor coordination

Concentration and focus

Independence and self-confidence

Respect for their learning environment

Each child learns to handle materials with care, follow a clear sequence, and complete a task from beginning to end. These moments build a strong sense of responsibility, order, and self-discipline — essential skills that form the foundation for lifelong learning.

At this stage, every small action is a big step toward becoming confident, capable, and mindful learners.
